About Us

Scott Roth is a licensed NY Real Estate Sales Associate, exclusively involved in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Scott is currently affiliated with two firms: New York Commercial Real Estate in Suffolk County, and RLF Realty in Albany, where he specializes in industrial real estate.

Some of his current listings include:
- Nearly 400 acres of undeveloped industrial land in Saratoga County, NY
- 200 acres of forested land near Kingston and Woodstock, in Ulster County, NY
- 42 acres of heavy industrial land in eastern Long Island, NY

Scott earned his BA in Geography at SUNY New Paltz, and over the next 25 years held several positions in the trucking industry, including operations & logistics, sales, and ownership. He subsequently entered the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate field, where he has been able to leverage his many experiences and extensive travels throughout the US and Canada for the benefit of his clients. He is involved in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, with a focus on industrial buildings & land. Attracting new manufacturers - whether traditional heavy industry or advanced high-tech enterprises - to Southern Saratoga County and the Greater Capital Region is a passion of his. For this to happen, prospective industrial companies have specific requirements that must be met, including appropriate zoning, truck loading requirements, and utility needs. Competitive transportation access can also be critical, including quick access to Interstate highways, major railroads, airports, canals, and ports.
