About Us

To promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimination.

The Authority was established in 1951 pursuant to the laws of the State of New York to provide low-rent housing for qualified individuals in accordance with rules and regulations prescribed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
