About Us

The Arquette Law Firm PLLC was established in 2009. The founding member, Tammy J. Arquette, Esq., has been practicing law in the Capital District and beyond, including Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer, Schoharie, Fulton, Montgomery, Washington and Warren Counties for over 26 years. Our associate attorney, Alexandra J. Buckley, Esq., has been in practice of law for over 6 years.
Ms. Arquette and Ms. Buckley experienced trial attorneys, practicing primarily in the areas of Divorce and Family Law: this includes divorce, separation, pre-nuptial agreements, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, adoptions, child abuse and neglect defense, and family offense matters.
Ms. Arquette is also experienced in the areas of consumer bankruptcy law, vehicle and traffic law, Real Estate transactions involving the purchase and sale of residential real estate and residential mortgage refinances, and criminal law.
